I would also stock the station after shift&during if needed,fax,file,&keep guest s informed on all new promotions.I loved working with such great&uplifting co-workers.The management was always helpful&encouraging.we would also have quotas&would have to walk around casino to get guest s to sign up for a players club card.The hardest part of the job was all the new promotions we always had&to learn it so quickly&need to know it well to share with the guest s.I also enjoyed it the most because we would always have incentives with the promotions&bonuses.The promotions made our job more fun because we were all so competitive&it made our days go by so fast.I really loved the family oriented work place&all the great people that i worked with&for. I would answer the phone in my station,look up guest information& let them know of their points&what prizes they were eligible for.
